Lewis man Cree Mackenzie has been playing guitar for decades, all the while absorbing influences that have crept into his thoughtful and moving songs.

His debut album is full of honesty, joy and cold reality. Cree reflects on raising a family, the changes in his beloved community of Uig and his struggles with Bipolar disorder. All songs are confidently performed and brought to life by a man that’s spent a long time perfecting his work. He’s accompanied by some of Lewis finest musicians throughout the recordings.
